Before your first class, please complete the
In-Person Pilates Mat/Tower Class
Limit four per class.
No session commitment is necessary; if you would like to be in a class, you will be added to a group text that will go out 24 hours before a class each week. The first four to respond will get a spot. Cancellations will be charged the full price of the class ($25).

9:30-10:30 am PILATES ON THE BALL
Yamuna Body Rolling with some Pilates for core strengthening along the way. Fine for beginners. This class will meet this summer only. (NOTE: NO CLASS MAY 31!) The aerial yoga class at Canopy Studio will resume during this time starting in August.

8:15-9:15 am PILATES ON THE BALL
Using Yamuna balls to release tension in the hips, back and shoulders, this class helps students better find deep core muscles, understand the mechanics of Pilates exercises and work smarter, not harder. In addition, leg springs, arm springs, and the rollback bar is incorporated into the class, along with other various props.

4-5 pm PILATES ON THE BALL - intermediate/advanced
This class is reserved for students who have practiced Pilates for more than two years.
