CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.

Private Sessions

PRIVATE SESSION: Yamuna® Body Rolling integrated with Pilates, 50 minutes, $75
We will work one-on-one to best address pain, tightness and movement restrictions to help you learn ways to identify problematic patterns so you can begin to move better and feel better.

PILATES PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE: 50 minutes, $75 solo; $85 duet

In these sessions, we focus specifically on Pilates, using mat, Pilates leg and arm springs, and rollback bar to deeply access the core muscles and learn to move better in everything we do.

YAMUNA® FOOT FITNESS: 1 hour, $90; 3 sessions for $250

If you're suffering from Plantar Fasciitis, neuropathy, bunions or just unexplained foot pain, Yamuna's Foot Fitness is likely the relief you've been hoping for. Three sessions are recommended. Call for more details about the work. 


In this session, Yamuna balls are placed under the client, who is lying on a massage table, to address specific needs. Unlike massage, clients are fully clothed, though comfortable clothing is important for relaxation. If you or a loved one is unable to get up and down off the floor, this is an excellent option to begin Yamuna's work, since body rolling can easily be done in a chair, on a bed and leaning against a wall. I will go over simple routines that can be repeated at home.


We carry all of Yamuna's Body Rolling balls, pumps, and Foot Wakers and Savers. These are provided for you in classes and private sessions, but we encourage you to purchase one or more of the balls to take home. We generally recommend the pearl ball, which is $22 and/or the black ball set, $32.
