4-5 pm PILATES ON THE BALL - The classical mat sequence with Yamuna Body Rolling balls to assist in better finding length and alignment for the exercises.

6-7 pm YAMUNA® BODY ROLLING - open to all levels; three private sessions recommended for beginners
