All group classes are on Zoom; text (706) 714-1346 to join a class or book a private/semi-private session. 

 

MONDAYS

  • 4-5 pm PILATES ON THE BALL - The classical mat sequence with Yamuna Body Rolling balls to assist in better finding length and alignment for the exercises.

  • 6-7 pm YAMUNA® BODY ROLLING - open to all levels; three private sessions recommended for beginners

 

TUESDAYS

  • 10-11 am PILATES ON THE BALL (see description under Mondays)

  • 12-1 pm YAMUNA® BODY ROLLING (see description above)

  • 9-10 pm YAMUNA® TUESDAY NIGHT CHILL (Yamuna with focus on relaxing)

 

FRIDAYS

  • 10-11 am PILATES ON THE BALL (see description above)

 

 

SATURDAYS

  • 10-11 am YAMUNA® BODY ROLLING (see description above)

 

 

COST $15/class as drop-in; $90/six week session.
